Plain answers about our services, access to your Google Business Profile, and paying and cancelling. The binding rules for paid work are in our Service Agreement.
Yes — no card details, no signup. It's a short introduction; the full paid audit is where the real depth and the action plan come in.
Through publicly available information: the same things a potential customer would find searching for you. Nothing private, nothing behind a login.
We don't sell it, and we'll stop contacting you the moment you ask. See our privacy policy for the details.
Not at all. It's yours to keep and use however you like, whether or not you go further with us.
Because Google's rules don't allow one for a business like ours. Business Profiles are for businesses that meet customers in person, and we work remotely. We follow the same rules we help our clients follow.
Both start with a Full Visibility Audit in your first month, and both include a monthly summary and a watch on your competitors. With Guided Visibility ($199 a month), we tell you what to change and draft your review replies, and you make the changes. With Managed Visibility ($349 a month), we make the changes for you.
So you never pay for something we can't deliver. Before you pay anything, we check we have what we need to run your monthly plan: that your Business Profile is verified, that we can get the access your plan needs, and that we can genuinely help. It usually takes one or two business days. If everything checks out, we'll email you a secure Stripe link to start. If not, we'll tell you why, and you won't have paid anything.
We'll tell you why. For a monthly plan, that happens before you've paid anything. If we find we can't complete an audit you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Not for the free snapshot or the Full Visibility Audit: we use public information only. Guided Visibility works without access, but with it your monthly summary includes Google's own figures. Managed Visibility needs Manager access, because we make the changes for you.
Manager is Google's own role for people who help run a profile. A Manager can update your details, post, add photos, reply to reviews and see your performance figures, but can't delete your profile or remove you as owner. You stay the owner, and you can remove us at any time.
In your Business Profile, open Business Profile settings, then People and access, and add the email address we send you as a Manager. It takes about two minutes.
On Guided Visibility, no: we send recommendations and drafted review replies, and you make the changes. On Managed Visibility, you authorize us to make routine updates, post, add photos and reply to 4–5 star reviews. Replies to 1–3 star reviews come to you for approval first. We follow Google's Business Profile guidelines and won't make changes that break them.
What's changed on your profile, what we changed or recommend next, and how you compare with nearby competitors. With Manager access, your monthly summary includes Google's own figures for your profile: calls, direction requests and website clicks. Without access, send us a screenshot of your Performance page each month, or we'll report on everything that's public. These are Google's numbers: we report them, we can't guarantee them, and we don't take calls on your behalf.
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. For the audit, you pay when you order. For a monthly plan, we check your profile first, then email you a secure payment link. Oxtonbridge never sees or stores your card details.
No. When you pay, you accept our Service Agreement, so we're both clear on what's included and how billing works. Monthly plans run month to month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Email support@oxtonbridge.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your plan ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. With less notice, you'll be billed for one more month and the plan ends after that. There's no cancellation fee.
If you cancel your audit before we start work, we'll refund you in full. Once it's delivered it isn't refundable, but it comes with a follow-up email for your questions, and we'll correct any factual error within two business days.
