This agreement covers our paid services: the Full Visibility Audit, Guided Visibility and Managed Visibility. You accept it when you pay, either at checkout for the audit or through the payment link we send you for a monthly plan. Our Terms of Use cover the website and the free snapshot.
Full Visibility Audit — $149, paid once. A written review of your Google Business Profile, website and online reputation, a comparison with named competitors nearby, and a prioritized action plan. It includes one follow-up email for your questions.
Guided Visibility — $199 a month. Starts with a Full Visibility Audit in your first month at no extra charge. Each month you get a progress summary, up to 3 recommended changes to make, a review of your posts before you publish them, photo recommendations and drafted review replies for you to post. We check nearby competitors each quarter. You make the changes yourself.
Managed Visibility — $349 a month. Starts with a Full Visibility Audit in your first month at no extra charge. We make the changes for you, with no monthly cap: profile updates, posts, photos and review replies. We check nearby competitors each month and send a monthly summary of what we changed.
We may decline any order, for example where a Business Profile is unverified, suspended, owned by someone else, or doesn't meet Google's guidelines.
For monthly plans, we check your profile before you pay and only take payment once we've accepted your plan. If we decline an audit after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
If you choose Managed Visibility, you authorize us to update your Business Profile, publish posts and photos, and reply to reviews on your behalf, within the scope of your plan. We send replies to 1–3 star reviews to you for approval before posting.
On Guided Visibility we don't change anything on your profile: we send recommendations and drafts, and you make the changes.
You remain the owner of your profile and can remove our access at any time. If you do, work that needs access stops, and you can cancel as normal. We remove ourselves as a manager when your plan ends.
We follow Google's Business Profile guidelines and won't make changes that break them. Google can change its rules, its features or your profile at any time, and we're not responsible for what Google does.
Monthly summaries report Google's own figures for your profile, such as calls, direction requests and website clicks. These come from Google: we report them, but we can't guarantee or verify them, and we don't answer calls on your behalf. Without Manager access, figures depend on the screenshots you send us, or we report on public information only.
The Full Visibility Audit is delivered by email, usually within a few business days of payment and of receiving any details we need.
A monthly plan starts on the date you pay. Your Full Visibility Audit is delivered during your first month, and your summary arrives each month after that.
Payments are taken by card through Stripe, in US dollars. Oxtonbridge never sees or stores your card details.
The Full Visibility Audit is paid in full when you order. Monthly plans are billed in advance on your start date each month and renew automatically until cancelled.
We may change our prices for future billing periods; if we do, we'll tell you before a new price applies to you.
Full Visibility Audit. If you cancel your audit before we start work, we'll refund you in full. Once it's delivered it isn't refundable, but it comes with a follow-up email for your questions, and we'll correct any factual error within two business days.
Monthly plans. There's no minimum term. To cancel, email support@oxtonbridge.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your plan ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. With less notice, you'll be billed for one more month and the plan ends after that. There's no cancellation fee, and we don't give partial refunds for a billing period that has started.
We may also end a monthly plan by email at any time. It ends at the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again.
Once delivered, your report and any related materials are yours to keep and use as you see fit — share them with staff, a marketing provider, or anyone else you choose. We ask only that they aren't resold or passed off as someone else's work.
We aim for every audit and every month of work to be genuinely useful, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, review counts, calls or additional customers. Those depend on many factors outside our control, including changes Google makes.
We're not liable for any loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.
Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose or, for a Full Visibility Audit, the price you paid for it.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If something goes wrong, email support@oxtonbridge.com first and we'll try to put it right within 30 days. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
