This agreement sets out what's included when you purchase a Full Visibility Audit or a Managed Visibility plan from Oxtonbridge, and what we each agree to. It sits alongside our general Terms of Use rather than replacing them — where the two overlap, this page is the more specific one for paid work.
Full Visibility Audit ($149, standard price $249): a written review of your Google Business Profile, website, and online reputation, a comparison against a small number of named competitors nearby, and a prioritised list of recommended actions. Delivered as a document within a few business days of payment, plus one follow-up email if you have questions about it.
Managed Visibility (from $199/month): everything in the Full Visibility Audit, plus ongoing work each month — Google Business Profile updates, periodic posts and photo refreshes, help responding to reviews, keeping an eye on nearby competitors, and a short plain-English summary of what changed and why.
To do this properly, we rely on you to give us accurate information about your business, and — where relevant — access to the accounts we're working on, such as your Google Business Profile. We'll always ask before making a change on your behalf; we won't alter anything without your say-so.
The Full Visibility Audit is typically delivered within a few business days of payment. Managed Visibility work happens on a rolling monthly basis; the exact day-to-day schedule can vary, but you'll always get the monthly summary regardless.
Full detail on billing, automatic renewal, and how to cancel Managed Visibility is set out in our Terms of Use — that section applies here in full. In short: the Audit is a one-time payment and isn't refundable once delivered; Managed Visibility renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Once delivered, the audit report and any related materials are yours to keep and use as you see fit. Oxtonbridge doesn't retain any ownership claim over the finished report. We ask only that it isn't resold or passed off as someone else's work.
We aim for every audit and every month of Managed Visibility work to be genuinely useful, but as set out in our Terms of Use, we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, review counts, or additional customers — those depend on many factors outside our control, including changes Google itself makes.
Either side can end a Managed Visibility arrangement at any time, as described in our Terms of Use. If we ever felt we weren't the right fit for your business, we'd tell you directly rather than let the relationship drift.
If anything here is unclear before or after you've paid for a plan, email hello@oxtonbridge.com and we'll talk it through.
