Free Snapshot — a short, no-cost introduction to how a business appears on Google, provided with no payment and no obligation.
Full Visibility Audit — a one-time, paid report reviewing Google Search and Maps presence, website clarity, reputation, and nearby competitors, with a prioritised action plan. Currently offered at $149, reduced from the standard price of $249.
Managed Visibility — an ongoing monthly subscription covering continued profile optimisation, monitoring and updates, currently starting from $199/month.
All reports reflect publicly available information and our best professional judgment at the time they're prepared. They aren't guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
Our reports and any related conversation are offered for general informational purposes. They aren't legal, financial, or professional advice, and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for your own judgment or for advice from a qualified professional in a relevant field.
We aim to make every report accurate and genuinely useful, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome — including search rankings, review counts, customer inquiries, or revenue — whether or not you act on what's in it.
Full Visibility Audit is billed as a single one-time payment before the report is prepared. Because it's a delivered digital report, it is not refundable once sent. If you believe something in the report is materially wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Managed Visibility is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of an active billing period.
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change our prices for future billing periods; if we do, we'll tell you before the new price applies to you.
Once delivered, a report is yours to keep and use however you like — share it with staff, a marketing provider, or anyone else you choose. We ask only that it not be resold or represented as someone else's work.
